Terms and Conditions
Due to the hand crafted nature of our products we aim to send out your order within 5 to 7 working days on receipt of payment, All our products are made to the highest standards and care is always taken when packing your item for posting. To do our bit for the environment we will use recycled packing material where possible.
Returns
We take the greatest care in producting our vast range of products and hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not satisifed please return the item unused within 30 days and we will be happy to either exchange it or reimburse the cost of the item, incurring the costs of any return postage ourselves. Please get in touch using our contact form for return details.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Payment Options
Paypal: Using Paypal is a quick and easy way to pay. If you do not have a paypal account you can still pay using your credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.
When you go through checkout you will be taken to a secure Paypal page. If you have an account just sign in and pay as normal.
If you do not have a Paypal account use the left panel on the page.
By Post: You can send your order to the Fragrant Temple 15 Elm Park, Paignton, Devon, TQ3 3QH and either pay by cheque or postal order. Please make your cheques and postal orders payable to L Kemp. Please do not forget to include your address and telephone number with your order, this may sound obvious, but we have had orders without these!
Overseas customers please note - Payment is by Paypal only we do not accept cheques from any country other than the UK.
We accept payment in Pounds Sterling only.
Prices
All prices are displayed in £ sterling.
Prices can go up or down without notice.
Delivery and Postage Costs
Postage and packaging charges are automatically calculated by our shopping cart and vary according to the weight of your order and which country you are ordering from.
At the moment, due to the high demand for our products and the large number of wholesale orders, we are only shipping to the UK.
Orders are normally dispatched within 5 to 7 working days but if we are really busy and there is a likelihood that your order will be delayed we will inform you by email and offer you a revised delivery date.
Security
All debit and credit card transactions are handled securely by Paypal.
